Cancellation Policy
The Brow Artistry Method Thank you for choosing to invest in your craft. All Masterclass bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your seat. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of this training, spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposit Policy • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking • Your seat is not secured without payment • Deposits are applied toward your total Masterclass balance This deposit covers preparation time, customized curriculum planning, printed manuals, and materials reserved specifically for you. Remaining Balance • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the class date • Payment plans must be completed before training begins • Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of your seat Rescheduling Policy • One reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days notice • Less than 7 days notice results in deposit forfeiture • No-shows forfeit all payments made Please understand that this is a private, high-level training. Time, preparation, and resources are allocated exclusively for each student. Cancellation Policy All payments are non-refundable. No exceptions. If you cancel, your payment cannot be transferred to another person.
